Overview

This cell lysate provides a validated means of assessing H3K4Me2 cell-based assay in a given context. This positive control will allow researchers to exclude any detection issues when running the assay on a particular cell background.

The lysate was made from HeLa stimulated cells which contain a detectable level of K4Me2 modified histone H3.
