Thyroid Peroxidase Autoantibody (TPO-AB) ELISA kit ELISA
Overview
Diagnosis autoimmune thyroid diseases
Identify autoimmune destruction of the thyroid associated with the formation of autoantibodies to thyroid peroxidase
Benefits
- ACCURATE AND RELIABLE ENZYMATIC ASSAY
Assay principle: sandwich
TPO molecules are coated onto the ELISA plate wells. A Protein A-Alkaline Phosphatase conjugate constitutes the liquid phase, which binds to the TPOAb from the sample bound to the immobilized TPO. The addition of p-nitrophenyl phosphate (pNPP) enables quantification of the Protein a-Alkaline phosphatase conjugate bound to the plate.
Assay procedure: 15 min at RT / shaking + 15 min at RT / shaking + 15 min at RT in the dark.
Features
Working range: 10 – 5000 U/mL (WHO 66/387)
